Highclass Lashes® is looking for experienced, passionate and highly skilled Lash Stylists to train our Classic and Volume lash classes!

Job Description

As a lash educator, you will be scheduled to train our Classic or Volume lash trainings held on weekends, primarily in East Rutherford, NJ or Garden City, Long Island, NY and area.

Job location: East Rutherford, NJ | Garden City, Long Island, NY (and area)

Travel: Required | Half of room & transportation covered for out of region travel.

Job type: Contract | Part-time

Compensation:
2-Day Classic $550.00-$750.00/Training
4-Day Classic $950.00-$1450.00/Training

1-Day Volume $350.00-$450.00/Training
2-Day Volume $550.00-$650.00/Training

Responsibilities:

-Open/Close Training
-Provide top quality training in classic and volume lash extension application
-Answer questions students may have after training
-Assist & collaborate in development of training program(s) to meet evolving needs, i.e training material, curriculum, manuals, etc.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

-In-depth knowledge on lash application, technique & safety
-Complete understanding of application tools
-Must be able to apply 50+ lashes per eye in ~1hr
-Cosmetology, Esthetician, Dental, Or Medical License
-Certification in Classic & Volume or 2.5+ years lash experience in either
-Must be able to commit to train on weekends
-Must be able to travel
-Ability to remain flexible & graceful in a constantly changing work setting
-Able to be timely and effective communicator

-Experience in a spa/salon setting
-Experience working in a classroom setting
-Experience as a trainer
-Able to make trainings fun, collaborative and engaging
-Ability to think independently & take initiative
-Bi-lingual (English + Spanish, however not required)
